One fabrication method of steel box beam & box column:
The four-corner fillet of the box-type column cover is designed into two types: full-welded groove and partial-welded groove according to strength requirements. The two-way intersection is in accordance with the full penetration groove→transition section→partial weld penetration groove. For the transition, the transition section is taken in the grooved area, and the length of the transition section is 40 mm and the groove is recessed 6 to 8 mm.
