Multi Spans Lightweight Steel Structure Warehouse / Continuous Spans Metal Warehouse Buildings
This is a 5-continuous spans Lightweight Steel Structure Warehouse. It is built to be a tyre processing plant. We design the drawing, fabrication of steel structure components and install it on site.
With the rapid development of industrial construction, lightweight steel structure warehouses and workshops have been widely used. Steel structure warehouses and workshops have obvious advantages: light weight, high strength, large span, and environmental protection. The steel structure warehouse and workshop structure in this solution are mainly composed of horizontal structure and vertical structure system. The horizontal structural system is based on the bent frame (including roof trusses, beams and columns) as the basic load-bearing structure, and can withstand roof loads, lateral wind loads and earthquakes, as well as vertical loads and horizontal horizontal loads of cranes. The longitudinal structural system is composed of columns, inter-column supports, wall beams, etc. In addition, there are peripheral wall frames and roof supports of the house, which together form a spatial rigid skeleton.

OUR STEEL STRUCTURE FABRICAITON FACTORY:
The floor space of our steel structre fabrication factory is 35,000㎡, and the workshop area is 20000㎡. We own three light/heavy H steel production lines, BOX production lines, C/Z purlin production lines and various types of profiling steel sheet machines with advanced equipment such as plasma cutting machine.
